Café history and goals
History unknown. A family-owned and operated café. They specialize in selling organic food using fresh, high quality, local ingredients. They are passionate about the environment and use sustainable business practices and biodegradable packaging. The plan is to increase the product range and menu to include more dishes with a Māori influence or traditional flavour and reflect a profile which aligns with New Zealand’s bi-cultural heritage as well as the café motto.
